Certified LicenseWatch License Manager

This course is for License Managers, Contract Managers, Purchase Managers, SAM specialists, and IT-administrators working with licenses.

Some of the topics are:

• Custom fields on Contracts, licenses, etc.
• Reporting, e.g.:

This course is for IT/Systems admins responsible for the implementation, upgrade/patching and maintenance of LicenseWatch.

• Configuration and systems settings
• Best practice on upgrading LicenseWatch
• Data collection – from different sources
• Virtual infrastructure
• Automatic software recognition – and updates to these
• Software definitions
• Deployment of Structures (organizational units like Cost centers etc.)
• Data security
• Maintenance, System health care, etc.
